I've recently realized that I haven't actually introduced QST's Security Team...Okay, they aren't actually a security team, but I'm sure that the property is safe between them and the mares (because let's be honest, the stallions wouldn't be of any help during a burglary, most of them would probably point out the valuables in exchange for chin scratches.) No, these two are the foundations of the up-and-coming Atlantic Kennels.
First off, we have Atlantic's Bay Of Fundy. He is a 2 year old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever who has successfully competed in Conformation Shows and Obedience Trials, and will eventually be competing in Agility and Dock Diving Trials as well. Here he is about four seconds away from splashing me with a tidal wave of water (it counts as Dock Diving training, right?)
Just look at that face. Personality-wise, Fundy is pretty much what would happen if Oddball got turned into a dog, just a goofy, affectionate, "love me love me" kind of guy!
Now we have Atlantic's Peggy's Cove, who is another 2 year old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever who has also successfully competed in Conformation Shows and Obedience Trials, and will eventually be competing in Agility and Dock Diving Trials as well. Looks like she's on her way to tend to some serious business. Wonder what it is.
What a good girl! It seems that Peggy decided that she needed to be the first to greet any visitors that come to the stable, so come on over to Quest Stables if you'd like to meet her!
So first off all: congrats to Val for doing so well in his first competition!
I love love love that you are going to breed the Tolling Retrievers. They are so cute and fluffy and full of energy! I need to buy one lol
And I really like your grey horses. Sadly, I am not good in creating their coats. Still, you did an amazing job!
Thank you, I'll be sure to pass on your congratulations!
The Tollers are outrageously full of energy and just so fluffy and sweet. I love them so much! Also, yes, come on, join the Toller Owner Club, you know you want to lol
And believe me, those coats are not my work. Two of the horses were purchased with their coats already made, and the third one's coat was a public download that I slapped a greying marking on. I can't make coats to save my life 😂

Training Day ~ Part 1 Starring Dawn's Spirit Of Valor, Dawn's Sweet Revenge, & QST BiscottiIt was really nice outside the other day, so of course I made the most of it and did some work with everybody. Obviously this would be an outrageously long post if I put all the photos in at once, so I'm going to post them in groups of 3 or 4. So today, here's the Off-Track Pack's jumping practice!
First off we have Val, who is sporting his brand new matching saddle pad and boots! I've realized recently that Valor is...not the most elegant jumper, so no Hunter Circuits for him. However, he is a very brave jumper, so I'm thinking he could have a promising Eventing career.
Next up we have Sweet, who is also showing off some new tack while practicing her Show Jumping. I have to say, I'm constantly being surprised by this one, she just seems so dainty and refined all the time but bring her out to some jumps and she's just raring to go!
And last but certainly not least, Bisco. He was a good boy today, a surprise to nobody. He jumped all his jumps, ate some treats, got some pats, and didn'tjump any walls he wasn't supposed to. All in all, it was a pretty good training session with him!
You have a big collection of horses! Love the pics of your training session, Spirit of Valor, Sweet Revenge and Biscotti look like they enjoy themselves a lot while jumping.! And can I just say how super adorable Fundy is!? I mean, look at the ball of fur. He looks like such a great guy to cuddle up with!

Training Day ~ Part 2 Starring AIM Saoirse, QST Black On Black, & QST Black SuitYesterday I posted the OTTBs' training sessions but today, it's the Warmblood Trio's time to shine!
First up is Saoirse, who absolutely must have her bonnet on whenever she jumps (what can I say, she's a fancy lady.) She definitely had an "Umm, excuse me human, what the actual eff is that? You want me to do WHAT?" moment when it came to the Swedish Oxer which was, thankfully, not caught on camera (though I'm sure my face was absolutely hilarious)
Look, I love Noire, I really do. I hate taking pictures of her though. Luckily, she actually came out looking like a horse for once, as opposed to a vaguely horse-shaped black blob! Anyway, I had Noire doing some indoor Dressage practice today and, while there were a few hiccups (she's a very "go go go" kind of horse), she did pretty well!
And finally, here's Joker! Now, despite his name, he's usually a very calm, somewhat serious horse and that definitely did not change during his training session. He was calm, cool, and collected (literally and figuratively when it comes to that last one)
REPLIESEva Marshall - Thank you❤️ Comments like these always make me smile!
Jill Reyes - I'm gonna be completely honest, I should not be left unsupervised around any type of sale/auction/adoption event😅 And yeah, the TBs definitely love to jump! Also, you're 100% right about Fundy, A+ cuddles (but you need to commit to it, he cries if not given your full and undivided attention while cuddling) Also, he says hi!
