I absolutely adore your facilities! <3 and the collage you did with the pictures is superb, and don't get me started on the horses! They're all so pretty but I really like Nayru and Olympéa, they're both stunning <3

I'm not sure where to begin for this album; there's so many good things going on here. I love the hues you picked on your collage of photos that show off your world and facilities. the soft red tones are so pretty and add a little bit of uniqueness to your photos. Your world looks like something out of a fairy tale. I think Skydragon is a very fitting name! I almost feel like a dragon would pop out over the mountain top at any minute! I love the collection of horses and staff. Your sims look awesome! I'm super envious of your sim making skills! They look like actual people and not pudding faced monsters with no face structure haha. They all look like a fun group together. Can't wait to see more of this crew!
Danielle Maddox I'm flattered! I do have to admit the world is downloaded, I just slightly edited it. As for the sims, thank you! It's my third time recreating them and I'm glad they finally turned out how I wanted them to be because at first they looked a little like pudding faced monsters!
As school is now officially cancelled for 3 weeks (plus the easter vacay of 2 weeks) due to the corona virus, I decided that I should dust off the ol' drawing tablet for the first time in 3 months.
We entered in the 'Roach Club opening competition' With Peter and his spotted mare Mira! I'm looking forward to posting some more pictures the following weeks:)
Sophie’s famous ‘teacher- voice’ was loud and demanding, yet it couldn’t stop the young Peter from getting distracted. His eyes kept wandering off to take a quick glance at the brown- haired girl that was making her way to the paddock. Yes, this paddock, where he was getting his lesson! She took a seat on the fence and greeted them both with a big smile on her face. Before he could even get out a simple ‘hey’ she was already ranting to Sophie about their lesson the next hour. Of course she wasn’t there for him but for her instructor, how on earth could he have thought otherwise... However, after she had stopped talking she didn’t leave. His hart was pounding through his chest. Until he rode by at least, because when their eyes met, just for a brief moment, it stopped. He tried to fight it but could'nt stop his cheeks from turning bright red. She said something about his mare Mira- who didn't seem to be bothered by her rider's slight nervousity. Instead of literally anything else he could’ve said, he stumbled out a stupid pun. “Hey Céline, nice shirt! Orange you glad you could witness all this talent?” To his surprise the girl laughed and said that they were nothing compared to her and Delilah, and that he should behold them during her lesson after. An offer he coud not refuse
"This is Rachel Jackson's answering machine." "I'm currently unavailable but feel free to leave a message after the beep and I'll call you back as soon as possible"
DAMMIT!Laura sighed as she threw her phone aside. Like any other couple, she and Rachel bickered occasionally over small things. Last night however, it seemed so different... There were insults, slamming doors and tears a plenty. Laura had woken up early -not that she'd slept much, her girlfriend already left. For work, she presumed, until the station called asking if Rachel was not coming in today. She slipped out some more curse words under her breath, not realizing she hadn't hung up the phone yet…
"Is everything alright detective March?" "yes, sorry, it's just- I don't think she's getting there on time, she's sick. I will be working from home today, have a good day Patrice."
And so she did some paperwork at home without a lot of focus as the only case she could think of right now was the one of her missing partner. She felt like she really messed up this time...
The early morning was dark, grey and cold. The only indication that it was spring and not winter were a couple innocent daisies next to their front porch. Rachel was in desperate need of some fresh air and decided to take her mare out for a morning ride. When she arrived at the stable, everything was quiet. She was the first to arrive that day at the mist-covered estate. Once she entered the new stable building, a couple of horses including Andromeda greeted her with soft whinnies. "Good morning Ally, sweety." She greeted the large tobiano mare with a caress on her forehead and started saddling her up.
The crisp forest air was freezing but it helped clearing her mind. Normally they did this together on Fridays. She felt so guilty of the way she had treated Laura last night.
It wasn’t until the late afternoon that it was finally their turn. The clouds who lingered around all day finally cleared up, letting the colourfull light of the early evening shine through. She’d been waiting all day for a ride on that course as it would hopefully require the needed amount of focus to finally distract her from the thoughts that had been torturing her all day. She had tried a ton of things to distract herself. She could tell from the moment that they were warming up that the chestnut mare was excited to get to work. When they finally took the first jump, the mare seemed to explode with energy. She loved to show off her graceful yet powerful jumps that made her rider feel like she was flying. Today was no different. After a couple of jumps Laura actually started to enjoy herself! The spark of happiness made her realize how stupid the fight was. She loved Rachel to death and never wanted to lose her. It was in that moment she decided not to wait any longer, she wanted to propose. The little red box had been hidden in her bag for a couple of months now, today was its time to shine. After the ride she begged Maya to take care of Olympéa while she took a brisk shower and changed her clothes. She sent a text message to Rachel, asking to wait for her at the usual spot. When she got a "sure" back right after she felt relieved.
Rachel didn't know what to expect, but she had never thought to see her lover down on one knee when she truned around.
"Look Rachel I'm so sorry... I know you usually take initiative in our relationship -I mean you literally took a bullet for me. This time I felt like it was my turn. I've never loved anyone more than I've loved you. My whole life I've been looking for 'the one' and I know you don't believe in those sayings, but Rachel I know that you're the only one I want to be with. I can't find the right words to tell you how much you mean to me. That's why I'm asking you, miss Jackson, will you marry me?" "Oh my god you idiot! Of course I will! <3"

oh my gosh I dont know why but I had it in my head that this was going to end very badly, I'm definitely a glutton for some good old melodrama. I was rather relieved to find out that their was a much more positive ending though, thankfully!. I really enjoy your writing, It flows so well. Your editing is incredible though, I love how you paint the horses hair; it's so clean and smooth and I'm definitely a bit jealous. All the tiny little details really add to the pics; the buckles on the reins, the horses mane mingling with the riders hands, those little flyaway hairs.. <3 love love love
eowyn: thanks! I do love some drama as well but I just couldn't convince myself to let my fav ship sink ;P I'm glad you enjoyed reading the story, I must admit that writing in English can be a bit of a challange for me so it's nice to know that someone actually read it ;) <3
Normally, Rachel's voice was quite deep and carrying but when she asked us to put Epona in her stall, her voice sounded so fragile it was almost shocking. It wasn't until the morning after that we would find out that this was minutes before her engagement to Laura. Of course Dan and I accepted it, not only because we didn't want to upset Rachel even more, but also because this would give us the opportunity to get close to the amazing chestnut mare. Being the foal of Laura's beloved Olympéa, Epona has been her little treasure since the day she was born. Everyone could see why she was so special. There is something striking about her deep red coat, contrasting with her thick white mane and eyelashes. Her looks aside, she had inherited her parents' amazing movement and talent. Even though she is still green, training seems to be a piece of cake due to her sweet and eager-to- please nature. When Laura describes her like the dream she is, you'd expect her to be exaggerating until you meet the mare in real life.
We decided to take her for a little walk around the stable block as I had just recieved a text from Sophie that the lesson was cancelled. It didn't state a reason, wich was unlike her, but I didn't worry much about it. Maybe she had unexpected 'detention duty' like last time or something. This would leave us some more time to hang around a bit longer. Two curious heads popped over the fence as we walked past the meadow on our way to the eastern wing where Epona's stall was. It were two of her peers, Sienna and Roxanne. While one is sugar, spice and everything nice, the other is more like evil, stubborn and everything bad? Okay, Roxy can be nice if you bring enough sweets. Let's just say that she… needs some work. I took a beautiful picture of them wich -according to Dan- I afterwards completely ruined with this horrible filter. All Behold the artpiece.
More of grown-up foals, snapchat and absent instructors(?) in part 2
This is such a fun and unique way to show off some cute horses (im still chuckling at 'LUNAtic'). Epona is the perfect name for that mare with her colouring, and your horses are the definition of SMOOTH, love them! <3
